Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Snaptory mobile app and web dashboard (the “Service”), provided by Commerce Beacon L.L.C.(“ Snaptory,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
The Service
Snaptory lets you capture an inventory of physical items by photographing their labels, organize those items by location, and export the results. Features may change over time as we improve the app.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13years old to use Snaptory. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Snaptory offers a free tier and paid subscriptions ($2.99/month or $19.99/year, as shown in the app).
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google under their terms, and managed via our billing provider, RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
- Prices may change; we’ll give notice of changes as required by the app stores.
Your content
You own the photos and inventory data you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content onlyto provide the Service to you (for example, to read labels, sync across your devices, and generate exports). We don’t claim ownership of Your Content and we don’t sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Accuracy and your responsibility
Snaptory uses automated text recognition to read labels. This recognition can be imperfect — especially for worn, angled, or low-light labels. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the details Snaptory captures, particularly serial numbers and other critical fields, before relying on them (for example, for insurance, warranty, or resale). Condition and other judgment fields are entered by you. Snaptory is a capture tool, not a system of record for legal, tax, or insurance purposes, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on captured data.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to: break the law; infringe others’ rights; upload content you don’t have the right to; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it to build a competing dataset or product through automated scraping.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Snaptory and its licensors. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,”without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that label recognition will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snaptory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you can export your data beforehand.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll post the updated version here and update the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
